Who is Eva?
Eva is the AI caretaker built into Cureva. She runs on GPT-4o with persistent memory. She knows your parent's name, their medications, their health conditions, and their history. Every morning she sends a warm, personalised check-in. She confirms doses, notices if something is off, and alerts your family the moment anything is missed.
Who built Cureva?
Cureva was built by Prabh, a healthcare worker who watched patients miss critical medications every week at work — and came home to worry about her own parents doing the same thing from three hours away. She and her husband TJ (Taranjit Singh) built Cureva and Eva because no app existed that felt genuinely warm and caring. The team is based in BC, Canada.

What can Cureva track?
What medications can Cureva track?
All of them. Cureva uses free-text medication names — there is no locked drug database. Type any prescription medication, over-the-counter drug, or compound medication and add a schedule. Cureva tracks it. This means Cureva works for highly specific, custom, or unusual medications that other apps reject.
Does Cureva track supplements and vitamins?
Yes. Supplements use the same free-text system as medications. Vitamin D, Omega-3, Magnesium, CoQ10, Ashwagandha, Turmeric, Zinc, B12, Lion's Mane — type any name and set a schedule. No supplement is unsupported.
What dose types does Cureva support?
Pill, capsule, liquid, injection, patch, drops, inhaler, ointment, spray, powder, gummies, and other. All 12 dose types are supported — including gummies and liquids that most apps ignore.
Can I track both medications and supplements in the same schedule?
Yes. Cureva makes no distinction between medications and supplements — they all live in the same schedule, the same dashboard, and the same adherence log. One app, one view, one family dashboard for everything.
Vitals Monitoring
What vitals does Cureva track?
What vitals can Cureva monitor?
Blood pressure, blood sugar (glucose), and weight. Your parent logs readings in the app at scheduled times. Eva prompts them. Cureva checks the reading against normal ranges and alerts connected family caregivers if anything is outside range.
Does Cureva connect to blood pressure monitors or glucometers via Bluetooth?
Not currently. Your parent reads the number from their device and types it into Cureva. Manual entry takes 10 seconds and works with any brand of monitor — no compatibility issues or pairing required.
What counts as an out-of-range reading?
Blood pressure above 140/90 or below 90/60. Blood sugar above 130 mg/dL fasting or below 70 mg/dL. These follow standard clinical thresholds. Always follow your parent's doctor's specific guidance — Cureva's alerts are a monitoring aid, not a diagnostic tool.
Family Alerts
How do family alerts work?
Will I get an alert if my parent misses a dose?
Yes. If your parent doesn't respond to a medication or supplement reminder within the alert window, Cureva sends a real-time push notification to every connected family caregiver. You find out within minutes — not the next day.
How many family members can connect to one account?
Unlimited. Add siblings, spouses, adult children, or any other caregiver. Each person gets the same real-time view of the dashboard and the same instant alerts.
Can the connected doctor receive reports?
Yes. Cureva compiles a weekly medication adherence and vitals report automatically and sends it to the connected doctor. Blood pressure trends, glucose readings, and dose logs are all included.

What AI powers Eva?
Eva runs on GPT-4o with persistent memory via Redis. She remembers each user's medication history, conditions, and conversation context for up to 7 days — giving every interaction genuine continuity rather than a reset to zero every morning.
Does Eva give medical advice?
Never. Eva monitors medication adherence and emotional wellbeing only. Any concern she flags always includes a clear recommendation to consult a doctor. She is a caretaker, not a clinician.
How does Eva talk to my parent?
Through the Cureva app on their phone. Eva sends warm, personalised in-app messages — not robotic notifications. Your parent replies by tapping or typing. Most seniors describe it as feeling like texting a caring, knowledgeable friend who actually remembers their name and conditions.

Founding member: $5/month — locked in forever, only 200 spots. Monthly: $9.99/month. Annual: $90/year (~25% savings). All plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
What is included in all plans?
All features are included in every plan — AI caretaker (Eva), unlimited medications and supplements, vitals tracking, family alerts, caregiver dashboard, doctor reports, and all future features. There is no feature tiering.
Is Cureva available in Canada?
Yes. Cureva is built for both the USA and Canada. The founding team is based in BC, Canada. All pricing is available in USD and CAD.
Is my parent's health data private?
Yes. Cureva is PIPEDA (Canada) and CCPA (USA) compliant. All health data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell, share, or monetise health data. Only the patient and their connected caregivers can view the data.
