How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at hello@cureva.app with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and we'll cancel it immediately. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Go to your phone's Settings → Cureva → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. If that doesn't work, log out and back in to re-register your device. Still not working? Email us.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the Cureva app, go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes your account and all health data immediately. You can also email us and we'll do it within 72 hours.
Can I use Cureva in my country?
Cureva works globally. The app is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic. We accept payment in USD and CAD.
Can I get a refund?
If you're charged and contact us within 48 hours, we issue a full refund — no questions asked. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I transfer my Cureva account to a new phone?
Just download Cureva on your new phone and sign in with your email and password. All your medicines, schedules, and dose history sync automatically from the cloud.
Is Cureva HIPAA compliant?
Cureva is a medication reminder app, not a healthcare provider or covered entity under HIPAA. We are PIPEDA (Canada) and CCPA (California) compliant. Your data is never sold. See our Privacy Policy.
